Hussain S – SIP
Nominated by: Ms. Potts
Reasons: Hussain demonstrates perseverance by participating in classroom activities, gym, swim and Sing Along. He is flexible and cooperates with the teacher and his classmates.
Hussain is making a super effort to speak up in class. He is taking responsibility to develop his walking using the gait trainer. He has improved his self-discipline by listening to stories in class.
Alison L - Elementary
Nominating by: Debbie Gosse, Nola Cooper, and Pat Garnier
Reasons: A few of Alison’s peers were to receive their immunizations but were quite fearful and reluctant to get it. Alison sat beside them and held their hands. She told them that she would stay with then and was very compassionate towards them.
We were very impressed wit her maturity during this and feel she should be commended.
Jamie K - Secondary
Nominated by: Mr. Bonnici
Reasons: James is always happy to help out other students and staff. An example is that he regularly helps Ed V to go from class to class.
Alessandro Mercuri – Deafblind

Reasons: For excellent effort in his daily dedication to physical training on the Cross Country and Wrestling teams.
